Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack your parcel box in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, keys, and installation manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for confirmation.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit for damages, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
