How do I install my Parcelbox4you delivery box?
Each unit comes with a comprehensive installation kit and pre-drilled holes. You can easily secure it to your porch floor or a masonry wall using the included heavy-duty bolts.
Is the parcel box weatherproof?
Yes, our boxes are constructed from high-grade galvanized steel with a rust-resistant powder coating and feature integrated rain deflectors to keep your packages dry in all seasons.
How does the courier deliver a parcel without a key?
Our boxes use a secure one-way baffle system. Couriers simply lift the lid and drop the package in; once the lid is closed, the package moves to a secure lower compartment that can only be accessed with your private key.
What happens if I need to return my order?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, ensure the item is in its original packaging and contact our support team to initiate a return shipment.
What is the maximum parcel size the box can accept?
Our standard units can accommodate packages up to 35cm x 25cm x 20cm, while our 'Large' models are designed to handle oversized shoe boxes and multi-pack deliveries.
Do you offer international shipping?
